Pre A1 Starters (YLE Starters)
This is the first of the three qualifications designed for young learners. The test introduces children to English using familiar topics and focuses on the skills needed to communicate effectively through listening, speaking, reading and writing.

A2 Key for Schools (KET for Schools)
This is the next step after the Cambridge English qualifications we designed for young students. This test gives students the confidence to continue studying for the higher level of the English test and aims at the same CEFR level as A2 Key, but the content is aimed at school-age learners, not adults.

B1 Preliminary for Schools (PET for Schools)
This qualification shows that a student has mastered the basics of English and now has practical language skills for everyday use. The exam is targeted at the same CEFR level as B1 Preliminary but with content aimed at school-age learners rather than adults.
